Today, I did a 45 minute beginners Pilates class at lunch, and then I ran 3 miles at an average of 10 minute per mile pace at the Greenway. I felt good. The cool of fall is setting in.

I registered for the 2013 Disney Princess Half Marathon today. As a former collegiate runner, I had always wanted to run one of the Disney runs. So, the first step is registration. My plan is to use this blog as my training diary. Please follow along the fairy-tale (or thereabouts) to “grand ball”!
